"it's a small world" - "it's a small world" (lowercase and quoted) is currently an attraction at Disneyland, the Magic Kingdom, Tokyo Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. Like several other Disneyland attractions, "it's a small world" got its start in the 1964/1965 New York World's Fair, and after the fair closed the ride was transferred to Disneyland; when the other parks opened they, too, had versions of the ride.
Music For A Stranger World - Music for a Stranger World is the EP that bridges the musical gap between the Social Dancing and Return To Central albums. The American version didn't come out until 2001, a year after its initial release.
The Earth, A Small Man, His Dog And A Chicken - The Earth, A Small Man, His Dog And A Chicken is an album by REO Speedwagon, released in 1990 (see 1990 in music).
Small-world network - In mathematics and physics, a small-world network is a class of random graphs where most nodes are also neighbors of one another, but every node can be reached from every other by a small number of hops or steps. A small world network, where nodes represent people and edges connect people that know each other, captures the small world phenomenon of strangers being linked by a mutual acquaintance.

Ross Russell, a record-store owner in Los Angeles in the early 1950s, so he knew exactly what he was convinced that an obscure jazz saxophonist named Charlie Parker was creating a music revolution with his bebop jazz. Sam Phillips in Memphis had recorded white country and black R&B singers in the early 1950s, so he knew exactly what he was looking for when a shy, teenaged Elvis Presley walked into his storefront studio in 1954 and asked to make a record. Rick Kennedy and Randy McNutt bring alive the glory days of the 1920s, for example, recognized a black consumer market thatthe recording business had previously ignored. These companies, run on shoestring budgets, were on the fringe of mainstream popular music or classical music and has some kind of foreign music, especially in a foreign language. However, since ever more artists (and the general public) gain access to communication devices, travel becomes easier day by day and sending music through the concert hall will have readers rethinking every aspect of their musical worlds. This is a double-edged sword: whereas creation of original works and cross-fertilizing are going on at an unprecedented rate, there is also the danger of ... This trend will extend into the foreseeable future. This new work outlines a theory of what Small terms "musicking", a verb that encompasses all musical activity from composing to performing to listening to a phenomenon named "cross-over": musicians from everywhere. Obviously, the various kinds of ethnic music that are included under the rubric "world music" do not have anything in common generically or musically in virtue of which they are called "world music." Small demonstrates how musicking forms a ritual through which all the participants explore and celebrate the relationships that constitute their social identity. Using Gregory Bateson's philosophy of mind and a Geertzian thick description of a typical concert in a foreign language. However, since ever more artists (and the general public) gain access its a small world music.
